Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of SDM-IOA Delivery with a strong background in Life and Annuity domain knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of services focusing on quality and efficiency. This role requires working from the office during night shifts with no travel obligations. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 13 years of experience with a deep understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of services in the Life and Annuity domain ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to maintain timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Implement best practices in service delivery to enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Utilize domain expertise to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all service delivery activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and outcomes.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and domain knowledge.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation and technology integration.
  • Support the development of strategic plans to expand service offerings and market reach.

Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of Life and Annuity domain with proven experience in the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to manage service delivery efficiently.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in night shifts and adapt to changing work environments.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with additional certifications in insurance or project management being a plus.
