Scrum Master

Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the effective functioning of a software development team by employing Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring team members, removing obstacles to ensure smooth progress, and leading various Agile ceremonies. You will also track and report on team progress using relevant metrics, ensuring that the team remains focused on their objectives and continuously improves their processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to enhance productivity. - Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback mechanisms. - Support the team in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives. - Ability to coach and mentor team members in Agile practices. - Proficient in using project management tools to track progress and metrics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio. - This position is based at our Manila office.
