About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BI Scrum Master to support and lead Business Intelligence initiatives for a healthcare industry client. This onsite role in BGC, Taguig operates on a US time zone schedule and plays a critical part in ensuring BI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with both business and compliance requirements common in healthcare environments.

You will drive Agile best practices, manage dependencies, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams while maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums
• Identify and remove impediments, or guide teams toward resolution by engaging the appropriate resources
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external stakeholders to manage dependencies and risks
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues clearly and effectively
• Ensure organized and efficient collaboration across cross-functional teams

Project & Delivery Management

• Manage multiple BI projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Support prioritization, task delegation, and delivery tracking against project plans
• Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and project artifacts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of IT-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated competency in project coordination and Agile delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Skills

• Agile certification (Scrum Alliance Scrum Master and/or Product
• Owner)Experience managing large, distributed, or remote teams
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com (nice to have, not mandatory)
