Scrum Master FinTech

The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the team adheres to Agile values and principles while facilitating the Scrum process. Acting as a servant-leader, the Scrum Master helps the team stay on track with their commitments and fosters a collaborative and productive environment. This role is crucial for guiding the team through Agile practices, managing team dynamics, and collaborating with the Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement Agile ceremonies and principles, supporting the squad's Scrum maturity.
• Lead and coach the team in Scrum implementation and Agile practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Build a trusting atmosphere for open communication and problem-solving.
• Remove obstacles to team efficiency and ensure adherence to Agile processes.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
• Monitor team performance metrics and ensure quality standards are met.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, and resources.
• Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders for successful project delivery.
  
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master managing Scrum teams.
• At least 2 years of project management experience with medium to complex projects.
• Proficiency in Jira and other Agile project management tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Experience in coaching teams on Agile methodologies.
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-management.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to track and report on team performance metrics.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
