What Youll Do:

Lead the end-to-end design & configuration of Saviynt IGA, including workflows, policies, connectors & lifecycle processes
Build & optimize joiner/mover/leaver automation & identity lifecycle governance
Develop & maintain Saviynt connectors (AD, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, custom apps)
Implement & refine SoD policies, risk models & access governance controls
Drive role engineering initiatives such as role mining, modelling & entitlement rationalisation
Integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems using REST APIs, custom connectors & scripting
Troubleshoot provisioning issues, analyse logs & support production environments
Partner with security, audit & application teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions
Contribute to IGA roadmap planning, architecture decisions & best practice frameworks
Produce clear technical documentation & mentor junior engineers

What Were Looking For:

5-7+ years hands‑on experience with Saviynt IGA in complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of IAM fundamentals including RBAC/ABAC, authentication, authorisation & identity lifecycle
Proven experience with:
- Access Request workflows
- Access reviews & certification campaigns
- SoD rule sets
- Role engineering
- Policy & risk configuration
Integration & development skills using:
- JavaScript
- Java
- Python
- SQL
Experience building & troubleshooting REST‑based integrations
Solid understanding of cloud identity (Azure AD, AWS, GCP)
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Desirable:
- Saviynt certification(s)
- CISSP, CISM, or other security certifications
- Experience with other IAM platforms (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping)
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO27001, PCI‑DSS)
