As a SAP Security Consultant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services to confirm compliance and enhance security within SAP applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and offer guidance to help clients mitigate risks and protect sensitive data. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will be instrumental in enabling clients to maintain compliance with industry regulations and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be at the forefront of transformation controls and security integration, driving impactful solutions within the SAP domain.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP compliance and security consulting services to confirm compliance and enhance security within client SAP applications
• Analyzing client requirements and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry regulations
• Providing guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards, enabling clients to mitigate risks effectively
• Managing client service accounts and driving assigned client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving complex problems
• Developing and coaching teams to deliver quality work, leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations
• Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to enhance operational efficiency and compliance oversight
• Overseeing the implementation of corrective actions and compliance program development to address identified risks
• Collaborating with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Encouraging the use of innovative technologies and leading practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
• Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
• Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and reporting
• Excelling in compliance program implementation and oversight
• Developing policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance
• Embracing change and innovation in technology solutions
• Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance performance
• Experience with SAP Security Implementation
• Experience with SAP Internal Audit / Process Controls
