In a context of Supply Chain performance management and data-driven transformation, the SAP Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving Business Intelligence solutions that support the analysis and optimization of logistics and industrial flows.

The consultant will act as a critical link between business and technology, working closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams, as well as IT and Data teams. The primary objective is to deliver reliable, standardized, and insightful corporate-level indicators that drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Design and Implementation of Supply Chain Solutions Gather, challenge, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders across all Supply Chain functions (planning, procurement, production, distribution).
  • Design robust and scalable data models and define key Supply Chain performance indicators (KPIs) that align with corporate objectives.
  • Implement and configure SAP solutions to meet the specified business requirements.
  • Ensure the consistency, quality, and reliability of all Supply Chain data by collaborating with data governance teams and implementing best practices.
  • Supply Chain Reporting and Performance Management Develop, maintain, and enhance a suite of Supply Chain reports, interactive dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
  • Monitor key indicators such as on-time delivery, service levels, inventory value and turnover, lead times, supplier performance, and production efficiency to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Automate and secure reporting processes to increase efficiency and ensure data integrity.
  • Continuously optimize the performance of reporting tools and enhance analytical capabilities for end-users.
  • Integration with SAP Supply Chain Modules Work in close partnership with functional teams responsible for SAP MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and WM/EWM (Warehouse Management).
  • Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain data flows and business processes within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Actively participate in integration testing and data validation activities to ensure seamless data transfer and accuracy from source systems to BI solutions.
  • User Support and Enablement Provide Level 2 and Level 3 expert support for Supply Chain solutions, resolving complex incidents and problems.
  • Support and empower business users by providing training and guidance on how to effectively leverage BI tools and dashboards for analysis.
  • Facilitate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clear functional and technical documentation.
  • Projects and Continuous Improvement Contribute expertise to major deployment, roll-out, or migration projects, with a particular focus on the upcoming S/4HANA transformation.
  • Actively participate in the evolution and enhancement of the Supply Chain core model.
  • Proactively identify and suggest functional, technical, and data-driven improvements to optimize processes and analytical insights.

All CGI partners may be required to perform duties outside of their normal duties from time to time, as necessary.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • Minimum 7 years of strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SCM solutions.
  • Solid functional understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
  • Familiarity with core SAP ERP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and WM/EWM is essential.
  • Proven ability to model, analyze, and interpret complex logistics and industrial data sets.
  • Strong awareness of data quality, data reliability, and master data governance principles.
  • Experience working on large-scale SAP projects (e.g., implementations, upgrades, or migrations) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical BI solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive topics to completion.
  • Focused on delivering tangible business outcomes and value through technology.
  • Must be amenable to working onsite 1x a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
