As a SAP PMO Senior Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects, working closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic goals.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action or escalate issues. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients. You will guide your team through challenging situations, initiate open coaching conversations, and make decisions to resolve issues, all while modeling professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading large-scale SAP implementation projects, coordinating with business leaders and technical teams to define objectives and develop project plans
• Managing project resources and monitoring progress to mitigate risks and validate successful delivery of SAP solutions
• Utilizing analytical thinking and program management skills to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of business applications
• Applying agile methodology and continuous process improvement techniques to enhance project outcomes
• Developing and maintaining project budgets, timelines, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored consulting services
• Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and leading practices within SAP program management
• Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Validating project outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine and improve future project delivery
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Project Management
• Utilizing Agile Methodology for efficient project delivery
• Excelling in Business Case Development and Benefits Realization Management
• Leading cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Applying analytical thinking to drive continuous process improvement

• Leveraging Microsoft Project and Jira Software for project tracking and reporting
