SAP MM Specialist - Hybrid

Location: BGC or Mandaluyong

Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 Days WFH and 2 Days Onsite

Work Schedule: Day Shift or Mid Shift

Compensation Range: up to ₱160,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM), collaborating with internal teams and client IT and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with SAP and non-SAP teams to support solution design, resolve technical and functional challenges, and contribute to key project decisions.
• Develop and implement solutions to complex problems affecting the immediate team and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes, enhance solution quality, and improve operational efficiency.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management and Warehouse Management.
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP IM and WM in SAP S/4HANA environments, covering either greenfield or brownfield implementations.
• Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation cycles.
• Strong understanding of inventory management processes and their integration with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional solutions.
• Expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing SAP modules to optimize inventory workflows and warehouse management processes.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant SAP certifications or educational background in SAP, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in additional industries involving inventory, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Exposure to relevant SAP tools, enterprise systems, and implementation methodologies.

• SAP S/4HANA: Greenfield and brownfield implementation experience.
• Implementation Delivery: End-to-end SAP implementation and project coordination.
• Inventory & Warehouse Processes: Inventory control, warehouse operations, and ERP integration.
• Solution Design: Business requirements analysis, configuration, customization, and solution development.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with SAP and non-SAP teams, client IT contacts, and business stakeholders.
• Communication & Problem-Solving: Cross-team coordination, technical issue resolution, and decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Process optimization, solution quality, and operational efficiency.
