We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant with specialized knowledge in payroll. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
Responsibilities
Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for clients.
Provide expert advice on payroll regulations and compliance.
Collaborate with clients to understand the payroll issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support.
Train and support end-users to ensure successful adoption of the payroll system.
Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.
Mandatory Skills Description
In-depth knowledge of HCM platforms
Proven experience as SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant.
In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and practices including Payroll and Time Management configuration
Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module along with integration to Finance system.
Hands on experience in Payroll configuration (schema, PCR, Wage Type attributes, Payroll Posting, Pay Day reporting to IRD) as well as Time configuration (Schema, rules, time evaluation)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central.
