Salary Range: Up to ₱130,000

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x RTO w/ 1 hour OT)

The role

The SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) Consultant is responsible for supporting the assessment, preparation, conversion, testing, and stabilization of SAP HCM Personnel Administration processes during an SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion program. They will analyze the existing SAP HCM Personnel Administration landscape, identify impacts resulting from SAP S/4HANA simplifications and technical conversion activities, validate business process continuity, and support the remediation of custom developments, interfaces, reports, enhancements, and master data structures.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess the existing SAP HCM Personnel Administration configuration and identify impacts resulting from SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion.
• Analyze current PA business processes and validate compatibility with SAP S/4HANA HCM functionality.
• Support the remediation of Personnel Administration-related custom developments, reports, enhancements, workflows, and interfaces affected by system conversion.
• Perform configuration, testing, and validation of Personnel Administration processes including employee master data, personnel actions, organizational assignments, and personnel records.
• Assist in data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure the integrity of employee master data following migration and conversion.
• Support Functional Specification (FS) preparation and collaborate with ABAP developers during development and remediation activities.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and post-conversion validation activities.
• Work closely with Payroll, Organizational Management, Time Management, Security, Basis, Technical, and Data Migration teams to resolve cross-functional integration issues.
• Analyze production issues, troubleshoot functional defects, and recommend sustainable solutions during hypercare and stabilization.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, organizational HR policies, and project governance standards.
• Provide post-go-live support and assist business users in resolving Personnel Administration-related issues.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) functional consulting experience.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC HCM implementations, enhancements, or support projects.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion, Upgrade, or Transformation projects is an advantage.
• Experience participating in testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and defect management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate functional issues independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global project environments.
