As a SAP Finance Senior Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Directing the team through complexity, you will demonstrate composure through ambiguous and challenging situations, initiating open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes
• Analyzing client requirements to develop tailored software solutions that enhance financial reporting and strategic objectives
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP finance applications
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business process improvement and financial transformation
• Managing financial reporting and compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards
• Overseeing financial budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis to support client decision-making
• Utilizing SAP Accounts Payable (AP), SAP Central Finance, and SAP FICO to drive financial efficiency
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial problems and opportunities
• Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine financial strategies
• Directing teams through complex financial scenarios, maintaining composure in challenging situations
• Initiating coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that align with client financial goals
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Central Finance and SAP FICO
• Utilizing financial transformation strategies to drive client success
• Applying analytical thinking to improve financial reporting processes
• Leading teams through complex financial system implementations
• Excelling in crafting and conveying impactful financial narratives
