As a SAP Analytics Cloud Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions to meet client requirements
• Analyzing complex data sets to develop data models and create insightful visualizations and reports
• Managing client engagements by planning, budgeting, and executing projects to achieve strategic objectives
• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance in delivering client solutions
• Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and optimize data management processes
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI to drive data-driven decision-making
• Developing and implementing data quality improvement plans to enhance data integrity and security
• Facilitating data integration and migration processes using SAP Data Intelligence Cloud
• Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
• Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI for reporting
• Implementing data quality improvement plans (DQIP) effectively
• Managing SAP BW on HANA data modeling and development
• Demonstrating proficiency in data integration and data migration
• Leading teams in embracing change and innovation
