Roles And Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
Create and modify reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows using ABAP.
Develop and implement user exits, BADI, BAPI, and enhancements.
System Integration:
Work on integration projects involving SAP and non-SAP systems using various SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, ALE).
Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules and third-party systems.
Code Optimization and Performance Tuning:
Perform code reviews and conduct performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
Optimize existing ABAP code and implement best practices in ABAP development.
Technical Documentation:
Develop comprehensive technical documentation for new and existing applications.
Maintain detailed documentation for custom developments, interfaces, and workflows.
Collaboration and Support:
Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide technical support for SAP modules, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing.
Ensure all developments meet quality standards and comply with corporate policies.
Education And Experience Required
Clean Core which comprises of ODATA, CDS, RAP, SAP CAP, Adapt UI (SAPUI5), ABAP (in short, Fullstack - with experience in Both S4 Cloud development and SAP BTP systems)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP & S4HANA development. Applicants should have at least S4H experience, whether leading an S4H project or as a developer in S4H space.
Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
ABAP HR expertise.
In-depth knowledge of SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, ALE).
Experience with ABAP Objects, ALV reporting, and Smart Forms/SAP Scripts.
Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 and S/4HANA is needed.
SAP EWM Knowledge.
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
