As a Salesforce Technical Lead - Managed Services, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support, enabling clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will grow as a strategic advisor, applying your skills and influence to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams, navigating complex problems and fostering a collaborative environment. Your role involves crafting clear, impactful messages and applying systems thinking to identify opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to drive continuous improvement.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Leading Salesforce consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
• Analyzing client needs and implementing tailored Salesforce solutions
• Providing training and support for seamless integration of Salesforce applications
• Utilizing Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to enhance client capabilities
• Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce initiatives
• Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying client challenges
• Directing teams through complex and uncertain project environments
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages to stakeholders
• Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback into project strategies
• Innovating processes and leveraging emerging technologies to drive project success
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating advanced skills in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Utilizing strategic questioning to drive project success and client satisfaction
• Applying systems thinking to identify and solve complex business challenges
• Leading teams through ambiguity with composure and clear direction
• Innovating processes for enterprise software integration and implementation
