The role is responsible for supporting and maintaining Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ within a Managed Services or offshore support environment. This also requires maintaining technical documentation, collaborating closely with onshore consultants, developers, and business users, and providing clear written and verbal communication, including status reporting and issue escalation. Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is highly desirable.
Key Skills| Abilities
Minimum 2-3 years experience supporting & maintaining Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients, preferably in a Managed Services or offshore support model.
Proven experience providing support for Salesforce CPQ for opportunity & pipeline management.
Strong knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including:
