Job Description

  • The Campaign Operations Support role provides critical executional and technical assistance to the Campaign Operations Manager in delivering customer engagement campaigns through Salesforce CEP (Customer Engagement Platform). This role is responsible for supporting the setup, testing, deployment, and monitoring of journeys and automation, ensuring operational accuracy, timely delivery, and actionable reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and technically proficient in Salesforce, helping scale campaign execution across teams.
  • Technical setup and execution of campaigns within Salesforce CEP
  • Ensure timely deployment of campaigns in alignment with the campaign calendar
  • Support journey and automation configuration, including QA and testing
  • Monitor and report on campaign delivery, engagement metrics, and operational issues

Key Activities

  • Build and configure journeys and automations in Salesforce CEP based on campaign briefs
  • Conduct QA checks on campaign assets, audience files, and test sends to ensure accuracy
  • Schedule and launch campaigns according to the approved calendar and timelines
  • Track and report on campaign performance, engagement results, and any delivery issues

Minimum Qualifications

Licenses & Certifications

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (e.g., Email Specialist) is a plus
  • Basic certifications in campaign management or marketing automation tools are advantageous

Technical

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
  • Understanding of campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and dynamic content
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/Javascript, AmpScript and SQL query is an advantage
  • Product & Industry
  • Exposure to customer engagement strategies and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or telecom industries is a plus Salesforce Execution Support
  • Ability to assist in configuring and maintaining journeys and automations in Salesforce
  • Comfortable navigating platform tools and resolving basic technical issues
  • Attention to Detail & Process Discipline
  • Strong focus on QA, accuracy, and adherence to campaign standards
  • Organized and reliable in managing timelines and documentation

Collaboration & Communication

  • Effective communicator with Campaign Operations Manager and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive in supporting execution tasks and coordinating with stakeholders
