Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing user needs, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application development milestones. - Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with integration techniques and tools relevant to Salesforce. - Proficiency in customizing Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs. - Familiarity with data modeling and database management within the Salesforce environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud. - This position is based at our Manila office.
