About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Salesforce Consulting Leader to join our clients Business Application Consulting team. In this role, you will lead Salesforce consulting engagements, drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and help clients optimize operational efficiency through Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions. You will set the direction for delivery teams, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and foster a high-performing, inclusive environment while upholding the companys standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce consulting engagements, from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.
• Manage and oversee offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and efficient delivery.
• Drive the delivery of large-scale Salesforce and business transformation programs.
• Advise clients on Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and innovative solutions.
• Lead and drive the adoption of AI, identifying relevant use cases and embedding AI into delivery.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members while promoting a healthy and inclusive working environment.
• Drive change management and user adoption of new functionality and processes.
• Identify market opportunities and support business development and thought leadership initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with professional, technical, and ethical standards, including the companys code of conduct.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid experience delivering Salesforce solutions and transformation programs.
• Experience managing offshore teams and complex stakeholder or people situations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, architecture, and deployment best practices.
• Experience driving change management and user adoption of new functionality or processes.
• Understanding of AI capabilities and relevant business use cases.
• Salesforce certifications (preferred but not required).
• Commercial management experience, including contracting, pricing, and estimating consulting engagements.
• Ability to support code reviews and provide guidance on Salesforce and integration solutioning.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication (written & verbal) skills.
