About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Salesforce Consulting Leader to join our clients Business Application Consulting team. In this role, you will lead Salesforce consulting engagements, drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and help clients optimize operational efficiency through Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions. You will set the direction for delivery teams, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and foster a high-performing, inclusive environment while upholding the companys standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce consulting engagements, from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.
Manage and oversee offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and efficient delivery.
Drive the delivery of large-scale Salesforce and business transformation programs.
Advise clients on Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and innovative solutions.
Lead and drive the adoption of AI, identifying relevant use cases and embedding AI into delivery.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members while promoting a healthy and inclusive working environment.
Drive change management and user adoption of new functionality and processes.
Identify market opportunities and support business development and thought leadership initiatives.
Ensure compliance with professional, technical, and ethical standards, including the companys code of conduct.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Solid experience delivering Salesforce solutions and transformation programs.
Experience managing offshore teams and complex stakeholder or people situations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, architecture, and deployment best practices.
Experience driving change management and user adoption of new functionality or processes.
Understanding of AI capabilities and relevant business use cases.
Salesforce certifications (preferred but not required).
Commercial management experience, including contracting, pricing, and estimating consulting engagements.
Ability to support code reviews and provide guidance on Salesforce and integration solutioning.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication (written & verbal) skills.
Can start immediately, if possible.
