About the Job:
We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Support Senior Associate to join our clients team and support the delivery of high-quality Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions. In this role, you will translate business requirements into functional Salesforce configurations, support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes, and help resolve complex system and integration issues. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, contribute to solution design, and ensure reliable and efficient system performance. This position also involves mentoring junior team members, strengthening client relationships, and continuously developing your technical and professional expertise within a fast-paced, digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business and customer requirements into functional Salesforce CPQ configurations and solutions.
Support end-to-end Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementations, including Quote-to-Cash processes.
Analyze and resolve complex technical and functional issues within Salesforce environments.
Design and support solutions using Salesforce platform features such as Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Assist in integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Streaming APIs) and third-party systems.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective solutions.
Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure quality and consistency in delivery.
Work with large datasets and support data handling, mapping, and transformation activities.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and development guidelines.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and delivery methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementation/support
Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ Cloud configuration and Quote-to-Cash processes
Experience in Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
Familiarity with advanced approval processes and Salesforce platform capabilities
Possesses excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication (written & verbal) skills
Can start immediately, if possible
