We are looking for a passionate and technically adept Sales Trainer to join our team and play a critical role in shaping how our dealer network understands and communicates the unique strengths of BYD’s lineup of electric vehicles. You will be instrumental in developing training materials, conducting sessions, and ensuring consistent knowledge reinforcement across all dealership touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive product training on BYD models, focusing on technical specifications, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Create localized training materials including product decks, model guides, benchmarking tools, and quick-reference content.
  • Equip Sales Consultants with presentation and demo skills during model launches, media previews, and dealer activations.
  • Collaborate with Product Planning and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Manage product knowledge content, user progress, and training assessments via the BYD Academy (LMS).
  • Use customer feedback and NPS insights to continually improve training content and address knowledge gaps.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product or technical training, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems—especially electric vehicles and ADAS.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and content development skills.
  • Comfortable working across diverse teams and dealer environments.
