About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join our team in Manila.

In this role, you'll provide operational and administrative support to our Australian Distribution team by assisting mortgage brokers, managing loan application pipelines, coordinating broker accreditations, and following up on settlements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Australian mortgage and settlements experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Broker Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for broker enquiries via phone and email.
• Respond to general lending enquiries, loan scenario questions, and application status updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong broker relationships.

Pipeline Management

• Monitor and manage the progress of loan applications.
• Ensure loan records are accurate and maintained within internal systems.
• Follow up with brokers and internal stakeholders to support timely application progression.

Settlements

• Follow up on upcoming and outstanding settlements with brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the timely progression of loans through to settlement and assist in resolving settlement-related issues.
• Maintain accurate settlement status updates within internal systems.

Broker Accreditation

• Coordinate the broker accreditation process.
• Collect and review required documentation.
• Maintain accurate broker records and accreditation status.

General Sales Support

• Assist with valuation requests and related administrative tasks.
• Support the Distribution team with day-to-day operational activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Minimum of 1 year experience within the Australian banking, mortgage, or lending industry.
• Experience in a mortgage-related function such as loan processing, settlements, broker support, credit administration, or loan operations.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate across teams.
