We are hiring for awesome professionals for our #iopexhappy@work team.

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for high level account management activities including but not limited to renewals, software maintenance tasks, building the pipeline, data entry and more. The resources will be responsible for ensuring high rate of customer retention and satisfaction and will be required to have an excellent communication skills, strong understanding of the products and services and are not afraid to ask questions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests for information, documents, and other account management changes or inquiries
  • Ensure customers concern is addressed by cross-departmental coordination
  • Perform manual research on legacy data and understand the support action needed on each subscription
  • Analyze renewal data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and customer interactions
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for customer contracts.
  • Establishing a framework and process to track, manage and maximize renewal contracts
  • Contacting and follow-up with customers and partners to ensure a timely renewal process
  • Verify data by comparing it with other data sources
  • Help track Sales prospects as they move from one stage to the next
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Qualifications

  • With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., sales)
  • Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
  • proficiency with MS office and GSuite applications i.e. GSheet, GSlides and more.
  • Good negotiation skills and ability to analyze numbers effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to both accuracy and quality
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce and alike
