The Sales Product Manager will handle the management of POS loan products and propose ways to optimize product profitability. The position requires end to end product management from product conceptualization to implementation, performance monitoring and recommendation on further action steps.
What You Will Do
- Monitor and analyze POS products performance and propose ways to optimize profitability (i.e. revising incentive scheme, changing product parameters)
- Propose new product/initiatives to support POS profit optimization to internal counterparts, assist in design and coordination of new processes, and secure buy-in of key stakeholders
- Product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s) across all products/product lines.
- Conduct product briefing with internal units, maintaining active communication with the sales network, replying on product related requests, solving non-standard issues
- Manage product pilot tests, rollout process and coordinate with appropriate department for the requirements
- Serve as Point-of-Contact with IT for the system development requirements and handles drafting of business requirements for insurance-related enhancements
- Monitor key performance parameters including but not limited to sales and penetration rate, and propose actions in order to meet target
- Take part in development of campaigns
- Create, document and maintain standard processes designed for each POS loan product with necessary alignment with involved departments
- Cooperate with other departments to resolve identified gaps in process
- Ensure that all product documentation and process maps are up to date
What You Should Have
- At least 5 years of experience in product development and/or project management
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments
- High analytical skills; ability to analyze reports and see gaps for business opportunities
