Job Description

Drive physician engagement initiatives to strengthen referrals and medical partnerships.
Build strong relationships with key doctors, clinics, and medical groups.
Support sales programs and field activities to increase awareness of the organisations services.
Collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted communication plans.
Track engagement performance and identify opportunities to deepen medical community reach.

The Successful Applicant

Around3-7 years of experience in afield‑based sales orrelationship‑driven role, ideally within:

Pharmaceuticals
Medical devices or diagnostics
Hospital / clinic business development
Healthcare services or HMO/provider relations

Strong background in physician engagement - building and maintaining relationships with doctors, clinics, and medical groups.
Comfortable doing regular hospital and clinic rounds, engaging with healthcare professionals, and explaining services clearly and credibly.
Strong interpersonal skills - approachable, professional, and confident when speaking with senior doctors and medical staff.
