Role Summary

We are seeking a highly disciplined and results-driven Overseas Car Sales Consultant to support our Australian sales operations. The role is focused on lead follow-up, appointment setting, re-engaging lost opportunities, and maintaining AI sales agents to ensure no customer enquiry is missed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up internet, digital, and manufacturer-provided sales leads promptly
  • Book showroom and virtual appointments for the sales team
  • Re-engage lost and dormant leads to recover sales opportunities
  • Follow up no-show appointments and reschedule where possible
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes
  • Monitor, maintain, and quality-check AI sales agents
  • Escalate system or lead issues to the Sales Manager

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in sales support, appointment setting, or lead management
  • Strong spoken and written English communication
  • Confident phone manner and customer-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and AI-based tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
