Our Consumer Lending Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC and Makati City in the role of Sales Associate.

This role will involve providing crucial support to the Sales Team. It encompasses tasks such as pre-screening, telemarketing, pre-booking, and managing loan documentation proficiently.

What The Role Will Entail

• Ensure prompt and accurate pre-screening of applications submitted by the sales team, emphasizing efficiency in processing.
• Execute timely and effective communication, including the swift dispatch of Notices of Approval, and adeptly manage the loan signing process with clients.
• Facilitate the timely issuance of bank guarantees, proficiently prepare accounts for annotation, and endorse accounts for booking in an efficient manner.
• Punctually and accurately prepare loan and mortgage documents based on the approved Credit Approval Memo (CAM) before the actual booking of accounts, emphasizing efficiency throughout the process.
  
  
  

• At least a Bachelors/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Possesses strong communication abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Exhibits a willingness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, and self-driven motivation, thriving in a minimum supervision environment.
• Willingness to render overtime as needed to meet business demands.
