Sales Administrator. Australian Trade Services Industry

Join a growing Australian painting and property services business that helps homeowners and commercial clients transform their spaces. Behind every freshly finished project is a well-run sales process, and that is where you come in. This role keeps enquiries organised, appointments flowing, and customers looked after from first contact to confirmed booking. You will be the person making sure opportunities never slip through the cracks.


This is a remote opportunity open to Philippine-based professionals who want long-term stability with an overseas client and a structured, supportive team environment. Remote work for Philippine-based candidates only. Full-time role. 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Morning shift aligned with AU timezone. Philippine tax and government contributions compliant employment.


 


How Youll Make an Impact




  • Respond to new enquiries and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team




  • Coordinate site visits and keep calendars organised and accurate




  • Maintain and update deals, activities, and follow-ups inside the CRM




  • Prepare quotes and track their progress through the pipeline




  • Follow up clients through phone, email, and SMS to move jobs forward




  • Keep records clean so reporting and forecasting stay reliable




  • Support the sales team with documentation and daily admin tasks




 


What We’re Looking For . You’re the Perfect Fit If You




  • Have experience in sales admin, customer support, or similar coordination roles




  • Have worked with a CRM. Pipedrive experience is a strong advantage




  • Are confident using Google Workspace. Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets




  • Have handled appointment scheduling, lead tracking, and quoting processes




  • Can work during Australian business hours




  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers




  • Are organised and comfortable working independently




 


Work Schedule & Employment Terms




  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT




  • Philippine-based employment only
