GBS Manila is composed of five (5) main work streams, structured to make processes centralized, standardized, and in leveraged technology with the support of IT group, Continental Business Systems & RPA Competence Center.

It provides end-to-end, front-to-back services; from customer service, order management, purchasing, invoice to payment, credit and collection, full finance activities, data management, and HR services including payroll, employee benefits and talent acquisition; all built to meet its customers needs.

Job Description

ContiTech, a business area of Continental, is one of the world’s leading suppliers of technical elastomer products and is a specialist in plastics technology. ContiTech develops and produces functional parts, components, and systems for machine and plant engineering, mining, the automotive industry and other important industries.

ContiTech management team has made the decision to embark on a long term project to transform its current fragmented business processes and IT systems into a new standardized set of harmonized process and master data and run on the new SAP S4 Hana ERP platform.

For this purpose, we are looking for an experienced consultant for the SAP Module Business Warehouse.

Qualifications

In this position your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Implementation of SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC) at ContiTech particularly for Accounting and Controlling;
• Definition, customization, design, function test and optimization of business processes as well as the support during and after the Go Live of the SAP S4 Hana ERP platform;
• Maintenance of process chains as well as BW authorizations;
• Serve as IT Functional related consultant to CKUs and business leaders as to the capabilities and efforts for implementation;
• Manage the external vendor supplied resource related to functional area ensuring quality of work, approval of all solutions, and alignment of solutions to business area standards;
• Support the business to create a master data concept for the whole business area ContiTech and for all Business Processes within SAP as well as further development and support of existing ContiTech planning solutions (Incident and Change Management);
• Regular use of SAP Planning Tools or other ERP planning tools particularly: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC and/or SAP BW embedded in S4/HANA, SAP FI/CO;
• Data Visualization, design and building of dashboards and reporting’s (e.g. Power BI, QlikView).
