Roles And Responsibilities

This position will work closely with product, actuarial, and technical teams to analyze requirements, translate complex insurance logic into clear system specifications, and support end-to-end solution delivery. We are looking for a Business Analyst with more than 3 years of hands-on experience in the insurance sector.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements for insurance products and processes.
• Translate product rules, pricing logic, and operational workflows into precise functional specifications.
• Support configuration, testing, and validation activities using structured datasets (XLS/CSV).
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and aligned with business needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage tasks and user stories through project tools.
• Contribute to version-controlled documentation and requirement updates using repository tools.
  
  

Education And Experience Required

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a similar relevant field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry, preferably life or general insurance.
• Proficiency with Excel/XLS and CSV files for analysis, validation, and testing
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
