The Successful Applicant

A Successful Rewards & Operations Head Should Have

Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management within the FMCG industry.
Regional or Global exposure in compensation and benefits
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
Proficiency in HR systems and data management tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to drive strategic initiatives and align HR practices with organizational goals.
