ACMobility is looking for a Retail Operations Analyst who will support the efficient execution of retail and service operations by monitoring performance, analyzing operational data, and working closely with frontline and support teams to ensure processes, standards, and timelines are consistently met across the network.
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor, track, and analyze retail and service operations data, including performance metrics, compliance status, and operational timelines
Maintain and update operational trackers related to store activities, onboarding, service performance, and process adherence
Prepare regular operational reports and insights to support management decision‑making
Coordinate with retail, service, HR, TA, and other support teams to ensure operational requirements and deadlines are met
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring operational issues and recommend improvement actions
Support the implementation and adherence to operational guidelines, policies, and best practices across retail locations
Assist in managing store or service‑related escalations by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
Support audits, documentation, and compliance‑related activities impacting retail and service operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience in Retail Operations, Service Operations, Business Operations, or Operations Analytics is preferred
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving and follow‑through skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience in automotive retail, logistics, or multi‑site operations is an advantage
