About The Role

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to lead retailer-focused marketing programs and drive category growth in general trade channels. This role focuses on accelerating retailer sales, building execution plans, and developing tools and initiatives that support strategic channel development.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Retailer Strategy

• Analyze performance data and market insights to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
• Create and implement targeted plans for priority areas and retailers.
• Develop materials, sales toolkits, and presentation decks to support initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and maximize sales impact.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust tactics to maintain effectiveness.
• Document learnings and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
  
  
  

• Identify high-potential channels and help integrate them into the overall commercial strategy.
• Work with category teams to prioritize initiatives and align retailer programs with brand goals.
• Support category launches and growth plans with channel-specific activations.
