This multidisciplinary agency delivers end-to-end solutions, from architectural and interior design to branding and customer experience, focusing on immersive retail environments such as stores, cafés, restaurants, and other customer-facing spaces. As part of their team, you’ll leverage your senior-level AutoCAD drafting expertise to contribute to high-impact, precision-driven projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact
You will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and innovative design solutions by:

• 
  

  Project Documentation: Supporting the delivery of project drawings and documentation as directed by the Senior Retail Designer, Design Leader, or Group Project Director.

  
  


• 
  

  Multi-Project Management: Handling at least two active projects at a time while providing additional drafting support across other teams when required.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborative Development: Working closely with Retail Designers to produce detailed and precise end-of-project documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Meeting Participation: Attending team discussions to help resolve project issues, track schedules, and provide technical input.

  
  


• 
  

  Quality Assurance: Ensuring all construction details and documentation meet high-quality control standards and best practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Design Compliance: Applying knowledge of materials, construction methods, design standards, and relevant codes to ensure drawings comply with project and client requirements.

  
  

What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

• 
  

  Proven hands-on experience drafting in AutoCAD for retail design projects (fashion-related stores, sporting goods, home products, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating your AutoCAD skills and retail project experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Have excellent technical drawing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

  
  


• 
  

  (Preferred) Have exposure to Australian clients or projects and a good understanding of local design or construction standards.
