Job Summary

  • Manages legal documentation and services for foreclosure, litigation, and writ of possession cases related to non-performing corporate loans and illegally occupied properties. Facilitates the physical takeover of acquired assets by coordinating document collation and deficiency resolution.

How will you contribute?

  • Supports the planning and implementation of programs to ensure the timely filing of extra-judicial foreclosures (NPL) and Writ of Possession/ejectment cases (ROPA).
  • Reviews acquired property ownership documents to address and resolve legal issues concerning ownership, physical takeover, and collateral. This includes cancelling title annotations and reconstituting lost titles.
  • Coordinates and monitors the implementation of Writ of Possession or voluntary surrender on foreclosed properties with AMSD, lawyers, and Sheriffs.

What will make you successful?

  • Graduate of Political Science or any related degree; preferably with Law degree
  • With experience in dacion / foreclosure proceedings and bank operations
  • With background on banking asset management
  • Computer literate; records of honesty and integrity
