The Role: Quotation Analyst
What will you do?
- Determines project schedule and ASCOs scope of work by studying project plan and specifications
- Creates proposals, quotations and compilation of project documentations via companys Digital Tools (Synergy, PRMS, bFO)
- Categorizes each proposals depending on application and specification requirements (300 Series and/or 7000 Series)
- Receives updates for review of project plans, specifications, schedule changes and recommend actions when needed.
- Provides technical support for the companys internal customers.
- Research, accumulate and compile reports on marketing information in relation to the company’s products, its customers and its competitors.
- Carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Who would be successful?
- Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/ECE
- Specific Knowledge/Ability:
- With at least 6 months related experience in a customer service & project management environment (BPO customer service/ order management/ project engineer)
- Organizational skills required for carrying out his/her daily duties particularly in terms of time and priorities.
- Close attention to detail, follow-up, extreme sense of urgency and perseverance.
- Knowledge of computer systems and experience in data entry
- Excellent written and oral communication capabilities using US English
- Proficiency in utilizing SalesForce is helpful.
- Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift in BGC Taguig.
