Quality Engineer Tester

Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall quality and efficiency of software development. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing processes are integrated seamlessly into the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for executing tests, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build Knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage. - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools. - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of automated testing scripts to enhance testing efficiency. - Monitor and report on testing progress and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Agile Testing. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. - Ability to analyze and interpret test results to provide actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in Agile Testing. - This position is based at our Manila office.
