Project Manager

What You Will Do

• Accountable for the effective delivery of projects for streams and businesses
• Deliver effective and clear reporting of progress, providing sound updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Prepare and maintaining all project lifecycle documentation
• Show ownership and management of project risks and issues, ensuring the correct escalation route is followed. Proactively identify delivery and support problems
• Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Build collaborative relationships
• Have the ability to create and manage on-going roadmaps
• Be comfortable in leading Governance Meeting with the goal of driving action and/or get agreements.
• Clearly communicate concepts tailored to target audience from subject matter experts to executives.
• Manage changes, ensuring any changes are assessed; impact and way forward are agreed with the correct parties.
  
  

What You Should Have

• At least 5 years of project management experience; demonstrated ability to lead deliver and implement projects. Preferably from Banks and Financial institutions.
• Previous experience of balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
• Familiar with project management and agile delivery methodologies and toolsets.
• You have a pragmatic approach in applying what is apt for the nature of the project and organization.
• Experience of managing change
• Experience in leading Steering Committees or Governance calls
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence or other Agile tools
