Description

The candidate will partner with business operation leaders to manage and drive Programs within the business across multiple geographies. The role will involve working in a cross-functional environment to effectively deliver projects and meet stringent timelines.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

  • Project Planning:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Allocate resources and manage project budgets.
  • Execution and Monitoring:
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with project teams.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Governance management
  • Set up strong project governance aligning to overall program requirements
  • Set up reporting cadence and communication mechanism

Qualifications

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
  • Accounting background will be beneficial

Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Exposure to communicating with senior stakeholders including c-suite team members.
  • Experience in opportunity identification and business case creation
  • Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and reach best possible result
  • Must be able to independently identify root causes, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses and develop

actionable recommendation

  • Must be willing and able to travel and work in multiple time zones

Knowledge/Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion
  • Exposure to communicating with senior stakeholders including c-suite team members
  • Experience in opportunity identification and business case creation
