Job Description

Lead end-to-end project management for banking-related initiatives
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, compliance, and business units
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
4?5+ years of experience in Project Management
Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

must be willing for full onsite.
