Project Manager Scrum Master

Job Description

The Scrum Master is responsible for supporting various clients and projects across our customer base by facilitating retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint/project to ensure the highest priority retrospective points are met to the customers satisfaction. The primary job duties may include coaching scrum teams in all areas (including sprint reviews and planning), milestone tracking, holding daily stand-up meetings, and collaborating with engineering, product management, and quality control departments to ensure the project is completed according to specifications. Ensures that the team is following the scrum methodology and keeps the team on track, productive, and growing in ability.

Duties And Resposibilities

• Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
• Manages the project releases, sprints, and possible impediments.
• Assist in creating a release plan and help maintain the prioritized project/product backlog
• Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint progress to all stakeholders and management
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in handling software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies (Scrum Framework).
• Experience in handling web and mobile applications.
