Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the project by applying your expertise in program control services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. - Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders. - Assist in the development of project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project updates and collaborate with team members. - Ability to utilize project management software and tools for tracking progress and reporting. - Experience in stakeholder management to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
