Project Control Services Practitioner

Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services within a globally sourced delivery model. A typical day involves collaborating with team members, analyzing project performance, and ensuring that all project milestones are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and communication. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of project requirements. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. - Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. - Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Commercial PMO. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation tools. - Ability to analyze project data and generate actionable insights. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial PMO. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
