Program Project Management Representativ

Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities - Responsible for transforming business data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. - This role partners with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, develop dashboards and analytical solutions, maintain data quality, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business performance. - Leverages data visualization tools, SQL, and business intelligence platforms to identify trends, optimize processes, and - support organizational objectives. - Handle stakeholder inquiries related to data, metrics, and reporting. - Maintain documentation for metrics, dimensions, reports, and processes. - Develop operational and executive reporting for functions such as support operations, vendor management, and business reviews. - Deliver ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and business insights. - Develop quantitative models including forecasting and trend analysis Business Skills Stakeholder management Requirements gathering Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Problem-solving and critical thinking Process improvement Documentation and communication Project coordination and reporting Technical Skills Business intelligence and analytics Forecasting and trend analysis SQL and database querying Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio) Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level) Data modeling and reporting Dashboard development Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
