Program Project Management Representativ

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while actively engaging with team members and stakeholders to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to management. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delivery Operations Control. - Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with project management software and tools to track progress and manage resources. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive relationships. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project updates and requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
