Program Project Management Representativ

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various teams to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track. - Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Operations Control. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in using project management software and tools for tracking and reporting. - Ability to analyze project data and provide insights for decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
