Program Project Management Lead

Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project planning sessions to establish timelines and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to stay on track. - Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure project alignment with business goals. - Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Proficient in using project management software and tools for tracking progress. - Ability to analyze project data and generate actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office. - HIGH IMPORTANCE: Daily RTO to Uptown 2.
