It is a multi year, multi stream business transformation initiative designed to modernize core lending and supporting IT platforms across Home Credit Philippines. The program spans technology, operational, regulatory and vendor led change, requiring tight orchestration across multiple interdependent initiatives.
This role is accountable for integrating multiple Sunshine workstreams— core lending replacement, technology enablement, vendor delivery, and change adoption—into a single, coherent program. The Program Manager ensures alignment with enterprise strategy, regulatory expectations, and operational readiness, while minimizing business disruption throughout the transformation journey.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage the Program from initiation through delivery, ensuring achievement of agreed milestones and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, external vendors (platform and SI), and transformation leads to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across top management, stream leads, and department heads to ensure prioritization and buy-in.
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract compliance for platform and SI partners.
- Drive transparent communication and reporting across all levels of the organization, including executive dashboards and progress updates.
- Establish and enforce governance structures, including RAID management, escalation paths, and RACI clarity.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, performance management, and delivery integration across Sunshine initiatives.
- Ensure Sunshine deliverables comply with regulatory, risk, and data privacy requirements (e.g., BSP, Philippines Data Privacy Act).
- Lead discovery and planning phases, including vendor onboarding and early stakeholder alignment.
- What you need to have:
- 10–15+ years of experience in program management, with a strong track record in large‑scale business or digital transformation programs within regulated environments.
- Experience in managing multi-vendor environments and navigating enterprise-level procurement and compliance processes.
- Proven track record of delivering complex core system transformation programs on time and within budget.
- Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and executive‑level governance forums.
- Experience in managing multi-vendor environments and navigating enterprise-level procurement and compliance processes
- Solid grounding in program and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Ability to translate strategic intent into executable, measurable delivery plans.
What Can Set You Apart
- Strong understanding of core IT system transformation, operating model change, and enterprise delivery.
- Technical fluency sufficient to engage meaningfully with architects and technical teams.
