As a Professional Hospital Representative – Bacolod at B. Braun you plays a vital role in promoting and selling our products or services to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and medical professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales data in Salesforce (ALEXIS) by creating and managing opportunities, logging all customer and account interactions, and converting assigned leads to drive pipeline, sales and growth.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 2 years of successful medical or pharmaceutical sales experience and strong knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships in healthcare environments.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, solving problems, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales tools, able to manage customer data, track activities, and generate reports; willing to travel and maintain necessary licensing.
  • Committed to continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams to deliver strong customer experiences.

What you will bring to the team:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Medical, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

  • 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry, ideally with experience in expanding brick‑and‑mortar facilities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and executing expansion initiatives, with strong knowledge of the renal market, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship‑building, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, Microsoft Office, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously; able to work independently or collaboratively in fast‑paced environments.
  • Willing to travel as needed, must hold a valid driver’s license, and possess strong project development and implementation skills.
