Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, managing incidents, and ensuring the smooth operation of our products and services. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Development, Service, and Product, to resolve technical issues, track bugs, and ensure timely escalations for urgent matters.


Responsibilities:

  • Incident and problem management skills
  • Track bugs and releases
  • Service Desk ticket solving
  • Real-time monitoring reacting
  • Generalizing cases
  • Escalation of urgent
  • Guide Customer service and the Back office on the timings and workarounds
  • Contribute to the internal processes documentation
  • Collaborate with the Development/Service/Product teams
  • Troubleshoot internal systems


What we expect from candidate:

  • Background with application performance monitoring and data visualization systems
  • Analyze logs and events performance monitoring, alerts and dashboard configuration
  • Trace the sequence of requests across systems
  • IT Service Management tools
